So how is online coaching different from in person?
You can only fit so much into a 1 hour Personal Training session, and sometimes the ‘why’ of your movement set up, or exercise selection gets lost. Online, we provide detailed feedback, and as you learn more about your body, you’ll be surprised to see you’ll often make your own changes during your session. Because that’s what we’re here for, to help you understand yourself.
We talk alot about community here, but coaching is all about you, not getting lost in numbers. That’s why we have a team coaching approach to make sure you’re supported in every way. A lot of the time people’s fear in coaching is about being a bad client, but we don’t want, or expect you to have it all figured out, just to be willing to try.

These are 30-60 minute blocks our coaches have each week dedicated to listening to you. They’re open spaces to talk through anything from your check in, training program, technique or goals.
Not just fitness related these can be areas to explore more personal challenges, hold accountability, or just simply let go of what’s been weighing on your mind. This is a relaxed style call where all you need to do is book in, show up and leave around your schedule.

LEARN
A weekly 1 hour session for all members of the community to learn more on all things health, fitness, lifestyle and mindset. We dive into a topic each week and leave it open for questions and group conversation. You’ll also find monthly themes we focus on, so you can see tangible changes from week 1-4.
